Please contact me within 24 hours to report any damage. Full refunds, including return shipping costs, will be offered in the event of an error such as an incorrect item being shipped or if your artwork arrives damaged. In this case, please photograph the damage and the original packaging and contact us immediately upon receipt. We ship everything 100% insured, so we will file a claim with the carrier and replace the item with another item of your choice and of equal value from my website should you choose this option.
I want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, I do accept returns. Artwork must be returned in original condition within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with a return or exchange. Upon receipt of the returned artwork, a cashiers/certified check will be mailed to you within 2 business days.
